It is located next to Tenet, a 618-unit EC developed by Qingjian Realty, Santarli Realty, and Heeton Holdings, who had secured the adjacent plot in August 2021 for $422 million, or $659 psf ppr.

The strong sales performance of Tenet, which saw 616 of its units sold at an average price of $1,382 psf as of October 10, likely encouraged developers to see potential in the area. Additionally, the strategic location of the Parcel B site within a well-established estate, near the Tampines North MRT Station and a future mixed-use development at Tampines Avenue 11, further enhances the appeal of Aurelle EC.
