There are no restrictions on the type of food factory, provided that the occupier or tenant’s license is approved by the relevant government authorities, especially the Singapore Food Agency (SFA). The development is designated for use as a food factory, as required by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). As CT FoodNex is approved with written permission from URA, no other types of businesses will be permitted in the development. Additionally, there is no need to apply for a permit every three years.
The loading and unloading bay is designed to accommodate two 40-foot containers, with scissor lifts provided for convenience.

At level 1, there will be a 100mm drop from the loading and unloading area. For units located from levels 2 to 10, the drop will be 75mm. Users will need to raise the floor and customize their production floor and drainage system to meet specific requirements.

A roller shutter will be provided for each unit. The dimensions for the shutter are approximately 4.5 meters by 4.5 meters for units from level 1 to level 4. For levels 5 to 10, the size of the shutters will range between 3 meters or 4.5 meters in width with a height of 3.6 meters.
