TRANSPORTATION

GREASE TRAP

A dedicated sampling sum will be provided in each unit, located within the chamber to facilitate proper grease management.

KITCHEN EXHAUST DUCT (KED)

Each unit will come with a Kitchen Exhaust Duct (KED) designed to draw air outwards, ensuring proper ventilation for food production activities.

TOILET

Each unit will include a toilet located at the front of the unit for the convenience of workers.

COOL ROOM

Users are allowed to install a cold room within the unit to support specific food storage needs, providing flexibility for different types of food production.

ROLLER SHUTTER

A roller shutter will be provided for each unit. The dimensions for the shutter are approximately 4.5 meters by 4.5 meters for units from level 1 to level 4. For levels 5 to 10, the size of the shutters will range between 3 meters or 4.5 meters in width with a height of 3.6 meters.
